This page explains how Angel Touch Remodeling and its service providers use your phone number for calls and text messages. It adds to the full Angel Touch Remodeling Privacy Policy, which covers everything else we collect and how we use it.

Your consent

If you check the consent box on our form or in our website chat, you agree that Angel Touch Remodeling and its service providers may contact you at the number you gave about your request with marketing calls and texts using automated technology, including artificial or AI-generated voice. The box is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and we still respond to your request if you leave it unchecked.

Calls with an AI-generated voice

Some calls on behalf of Angel Touch Remodeling are made by an automated assistant that speaks with an artificial or AI-generated voice. Calls and messages may be recorded and transcribed so we can handle your request and keep a record of it. We only place these calls and send these texts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time.

Text messages

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to cancel, and we will also stop automated calls to that number. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number is not shared

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us place calls and send messages (such as phone and messaging carriers), and only to provide that service to you.

What we keep as a record

When you agree, we keep a record of the exact wording you agreed to, the time, the page or form you used, your IP address and your browser details, so we can show that you agreed. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, by asking the caller to stop, or by contacting Angel Touch Remodeling.
